I hired Confident Electric to rewire my entire house and replace my electric panel during a renovation. I was very happy with Paul's work and communication throughout the entire project. Steve just finished working on part of our kitchen, and it was such a wonderful experience working with him. He was able to rearrange his schedule to help us meet a tight deadline, and was so friendly and professional. Even great with our big obnoxious dog. I highly recommend him!

Called and scheduled a tech to come work on multiple lights in a parking lot. I was told the tech would be there at 7:30am...at 9:30am I e-mailed for an update of where the tech was. I was told they would check and get back to me. At 2:45pm I called and cancelled the service call after receiving no communication from the office or the tech and had to leave the property for another appointment.
