Eric and Brendon were great! They went above and beyond.We heard a loud noise, the lights went out and there was a hot electrical smell. The circuit breaker was tripped. This had happened before and this time we called Safe Electric instead of the other company and they sent Eric and Brendon. They spent several hours checking the breaker panel and every outlet and light switch. Eric even climbed into the attic and checked the wiring. While they were unable to find the cause, to keep us safe, they installed a special circuit breaker that will trip at the first sign of an arc. It has not tripped yet and we sleep peacefully know our house is protected.They did such great work that we are calling them to come and fix the ceiling light that we believe caused the breaker to trip.Let us back up a couple of weeks. The first time this happened, we called a different electric company. A person came out, turned the breaker back on and replaced a light switch. He did not check the breaker panel nor any of the other outlets or switches that were on the circuit. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. So when the problem happened again a couple of weeks later, we called Safe Electric and were glad that we did.
