I called this morning and Paul was able to come out a few hours later. Original call was for one of the breakers tripping. He troubleshot and fixed issues from someone else's work as well. He was knowledgeable, communicated what was going on and straight to the point. Very reasonable rates. Definitely recommend.

KAP Electric was highly recommended to us by a business associate. This is a company you can really trust to be honest, fair, and dependable. The work is first-rate. KAP Electric is now our electrician of choice for all electrical work on our property.

This company already did 3 jobs in my house and I'm saving for the fourth one . They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. Ed and Rob just left our home and we want to extend a BIG thank you to them and Bradley. They were early for our time window, were courteous, pleasant to talk to, friendly, and didn't waste any time. They fixed our breaker problems in our panel in 30 minutes. We had problems finding an electrical company to come out and do these repairs but are so glad we discovered Bradley. Countryside Electric installed an electrical panel 16 years ago for me and nothing ever went wrong. I rarely write reviews. I will go to every place I can to sing this companies praises. The quality of work, the speed it was done, the value in price all 10/10. The guys were great that came and I was very impressed with Todd. He immediately was able to start diagnosing the issue and get to fixing it. This will always be the place I go to for any electrical issues.

I recently hired Just Right Electrical to upgrade the c/b box in my home in preparation for the instillation of a new central a/c unit. The circuit breaker box and all circuit breakers were replaced in a timely and professional manner. During the instillation we discovered that the main power line was corroded. This discovery was a definite safety concern. Upon further investigation it was concluded that the meter box and the corroded line needed to be replaced. Long story short, all electrical problems that were discovered were coordinated with AEP ( power shut down from the pole to the house) and repaired in a timely and professional manner and at a reasonable price. I was satisfied with the work and clean up and would recommend Just Right Electrical to any of my friends and associates that had any electrical needs.

OH Lic# 25186 an elderly agent driving this van had parked in front of my truck at 700 am. The customer indicated which door I needed to dock, so I started to get the tail lined up. Another agent was parked directly in front, preventing me from pulling forward. I politely approached him and asked if he could move his vehicle for a moment so I could open the doors to the trailer. The guy in 25186 cut my sentence short and began arguing with me. He then proceeded to insult and belittle me for how I choose to operate my truck. I've been driving for 10 months. I don't do anything unless there's a good reason. I have enough to deal with while I'm on the road. A poor demonstration of professionalism on his part.

I called the local “big three” companies and they either no show or had a 3 week wait. While driving home I saw a van in traffic advertising “Undefined Heights Electric” I called the number and they were at my home the next day!! Very professional, thorough, and timely. I’m very satisfied with the quality of work… I will only use them for all my electrical work. I highly recommend them for your projects big and or small.

Receptionist was rude. Not willing to work around peoples work schedules. I was told they only do appts as early as 8am and no later then 4pm and no weekends. How is someone with a job supposed to use this company without taking a day off work? Ridiculous!

The lady from this company showed up 3 hours late and cussed me out over the phone because I cancelled. Based on first impression, this company is not reliable. Be careful.
