There is no better electrician in Chicagoland. Nothing but quality and professionalism took place during a complicated installation of several light fixtures and several switches (with a quick turnaround). Very impressed.

I have had Mr Jack Arnold out to my home on more than one occasion, he's always prompt, gives a good accurate estimate, and something that means a lot to me is, he and his crew are polite, very neat polite and clean up the work area spotless.Lastly, If Jack doesn't make you smile then no one ever will.

I called Safe Electric on the recommendation of a friend. We have an alcove room off our family room that had no overhead lighting. We were turning it into a home office. The ceiling in the room is vaulted and we were unsure what kind of lighting would be the most practical and aesthetically pleasing. I left a message and Charles called me back the same day. We talked on the phone and discussed possible options for the room. We set up a time for an estimate the following week. The input on options was very helpful and we ended up going with four canned lights in the vaulted ceiling. The lights had to be ordered and the finishing trim piece was on back order. Since we were anxious to get the work done Charles offered to have the bulk of the work completed and have the trim installed at our conveniance when it arrived. Everyone I worked with was very professional, personable, and I really appreciated how clean they left our house when they finished! We are really pleased with final results and will definitely use them for our next project!

We have used T & D for a few projects and I do not have one complaint. Their customer service is very responsive, friendly, and they are always detailed in their explanations. Joe and his crew are great! I called to schedule an entire condo painting and a long list of handiwork. His team was very prompt every day. On day 1 his team and I walked our entire condo going over each item of work to ensure they understood what was needed. The paint job was awesome.The entire condo painting top to bottom and handiwork was finished in less than a week. Felt like it was a new condo at the end! I just called them again to do electrical work and schedule work the next day. Great group and great work!

he is not responsible at all. he never apply for the permit and inspection... my partner and i waited and wasted 6month and stopped by chicago city hall and found out this guy never applied for it. even now, we still have to go for the final inspection, he is not answering the calls and no reply messages. i know we were stupid to paid him all up front bc he wouldnt do anything till we pay upfront. i am going to file complain to chicago. i will do everything let ppl know about him. terrible...
