Best Wiring Issue in Chicago IL

STS Electric did an amazing job on my new house as well as many past smaller projects. I have used them for years on everything from a ceiling fan replacement to rewiring an old apartment that had cloth wires to my recent gut rehab. This job is now my home and I love the work they did. They are always very precise when it concerns the details of placement of the lights as I am very particular and they understand and make it exact.I am mostly a DIY guy who grew up in the construction industry but I usually don't do bigger electric jobs out of safety concern and my inexperience with the code. I cannot rate them highly enough when it comes to professionalism and workmanship. They are responsive, punctual and clean up after themselves. I have recommended them dozens of times.

My electric stove went out and tripped the breaker. They came and checked the wiring and everything checked out fine. The stove is hardwired so I asked him if he’d be able to install an outlet. He said I didn’t need one. When the stove came they couldn’t install it because it was hardwired and I found out that none of the stores will hardwire a stove anymore. When I called Arnold they wanted to charge me way more than the $200 Abt was going to charge me for the outlet install. Arnold made the mistake with misinformation.

The electricians at Sapphire were great. They were professional and got the job done. Will use them again in the future.

Charles and his crew have completed over 40 electrical jobs for me in three years. YES 40 and i am always more than satisfied. I run Special Spaces in Illinois. Wow! I found a good guy for an immediate electrical fix!!! Jaime was awesome! Firstly, he gladly answered the phone versus the other two companies, I also found by searching the internet. My husband had done his time on the new ceiling fan installation after a day and a half of attempts. YouTube and instructions can never tix a defective fan....but Jaime of Good Guys Electric can!Always, start with a professional like Jamie! We had the ceiling fan installed and working at different phases, but eventually it was evident that it wasn't working properly or we were doing it wrong.Either way, go with Good Guys, showed up when they said they would. Had the patience to wait for us to purchase a new fan. Completed the job at a great value! Seriously, well worth asking Good Guys first! I gotta guy, if you need an electrician, Jaime!

I had a very good experience with Montoya Electric. They made time in their schedule to meet my needs of getting the work finished before I moved into a new home. They did a quick and efficient relocation of existing outlets and switches for a new floor plan, but also installed new outlets and serviced my obsolete electrical panel. They were cost effective and on time. Will use them again !

This is an awesome electric company. They have a straightforward and understandable pricing system. After scheduling time with them, they were punctual and also completed the job according to the time they had scheduled. I did not have to pay for anything more than the original price or reschedule for anything more. It was easy to schedule time with them and their work was awesome. After reporting the breakdown, this company responded immediately and arrived on site at the agreed time. The electricians got straight to work, accurately diagnosing the problem and then discussing possible solutions with us. They were very courteous and demonstrated their expertise, explaining every step of the repair to us. The work was carried out with attention to detail and to the highest safety standards. Once the work was completed, they were carried out to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend the services of this company as they are reliable and professional.

I accidently dead shorted a wire in an outlet box, although nothing tripped in the breaker the entire house lost power not good. I was lucky and was able to reach Tom on the phone he walked me through it. We were able to find a breaker outside by the meter which I reset and the power came back on Tom saved me time and money, however most importantly my weekend. Thanks Tom!!!!!
