Best Short Circuit in Chicago IL

Dylan was so professional and caring. Our appointment was 9am on Monday, August 30. He called me around 8:55am to let me know that he got stuck in heavy traffic and that he would be late. When I asked him to take off his shoes before entering, he kindly put booties over his shoes. He took a very close look at our light fixture, found out what the problem was, fixed our dimmer switch, etc. On top of this, he is a very pleasant, friendly person to talk to. I truly appreciate his coming to our home. I would like him to come back when we need some help on electricity! Thank you so much, Dylan!
