I called and Tony Juarez answered (unlike other contractors I called this morning). Tony indicated that he would have Grace call me back to schedule a time. Grace called and scheduled the appointment. Tony showed up early and explained the pricing policy. I admit i was very skeptical because I thought this was going to turn into a money pit of a repair. My problem (i thought) was a burned out breaker due to a power surge from a neighborhood power outage. Tony explained that i had two options for diagnostics a $49 or $319 option. Over the phone i was told about the $49 option so of course i was thinking about the ole bait and switch. I thought Tony was trying over sell me when I knew that i just needed the breakers replaced. He explained that if I didn't do the $319 diagnostic, that it could end up being more expensive, especially if the problem wasn't what i said it was. I held my ground pretty tough but Tony convinced me that the problem could be anything. I relented and chose the $319 option. Not 1 minute into taking off the panel did Tony notice a loose wire which is covered in the diagnostic. Now could i have gotten this cheaper, yes but i wouldv'e had to have known the problem. Tony was very nice and provided me with points to help keep my system maintained. I would call All Power again because of Tony.Keith W.

I lost power to my house in Chicago. The company sent out an electrician immediately. He found the issue after looking at my breaker panel box. He worked on wiring, installing and repairing my electrical circuits. The electrician worked all night to restore the power and got the job done.I'm very happy with their service and will be using them again. Mike was very nice and communicated very well through out the whole process.

I booked an appointment with them. It was confirmed online and 2 follow up email confirmations. Day of the appt they call me at 8 in the morning (my appt was at 2pm) and tell me that their free estimate is over the phone. That would have been acceptable except they never had an actual total. They just kept say $180 for the first half hour and $90 every half hour after that. I asked would the electrician let me know the actual total or estimation of time before beginning the actual work. They said they couldn't do that. They wouldn't know how long. So you want me to just let you blindly take your time doing the repairs with no real idea of how much it will be? Then I said well would your electrician still be showing up for our 2 pm appt? They said they couldn't guarantee it since they had a lot of stops scheduled for around that time. So now you're telling me that you purposely over booked and I am supposed to sit around waiting all day. I work at night so my times have to be precise because that's when I sleep which is why I had booked an appointment time and got confirmations. All of it was just a complete waste of time. There was no value for the clients time. Never have I had these problems with contractors.

I called Safe Electrical Services they set up a appointment window Mitch came out quoted the job of replacing and rewiring a burned out panel. He was very professional and personable as welk as courteous he thoroughly explained the issue and what he see as the probably and on the day we set up he and his coworker got right to work and explaining everything in full detail. I would definitely recommend Safe Electrical Service to anyone who have a need for quality professional service Tony

Our kitchen outlet made a random loud noise one morning (scary!) and Peter came out the same day we called. He explained what the problem was/wasn't, and replaced all of our kitchen GCFI outlets and made great safety recommendations--he even had all the parts on hand. We're looking forward to working with Paul's Electric in the future.

he is not responsible at all. he never apply for the permit and inspection... my partner and i waited and wasted 6month and stopped by chicago city hall and found out this guy never applied for it. even now, we still have to go for the final inspection, he is not answering the calls and no reply messages. i know we were stupid to paid him all up front bc he wouldnt do anything till we pay upfront. i am going to file complain to chicago. i will do everything let ppl know about him. terrible...

I will never know if they are good electricians, but I do know they a bad at managing their voicemail- Mike's voice on the outgoing message said to leave a message after the tone- but there was no tone. Just a mailbox full message.
