Best Residential Maintenance in Chicago IL

I heard what sounded like fireworks going off in both my bathrooms at 4:30 AM. I called Skyline Electric and a sweet woman named Jeanette answered the phone sent Kent over to fix what could have eventually started a small fire if I had waited longer to call. Kent was SO nice and fixed it quickly. I probably woke them both up but they couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Would recommend to anyone!! Thank you!!

Excellent job!!! Montoya Electric worked on new 400 Amp Electrical Service and new rough, wire, and trim for units 2R and 3R. Provided new gear, equipment, including wiring, conduits, fittings and circuit breakers. Also worked on outside lights and front, rear hallway lights. All work done as stated on the contract and completed on time. Even when ComEd came to check the job, they told me Montoya always does an excellent and professional work. Thank you!!!

Handico cut/installed trim for 8 custom window, 2 door trims and baseboards for me in June 2022. Tom did a fantastic job and is very pleasant to work with as he truly loves what he does for a living! The owner, Joe, is a man of great integrity and fully stands behind their work, which is very reassuring to me because it says alot about him as a business owner. I also previously hired them to install quarter-round moulding in my home and Tom did an excellent job with that, also. They are definitely on my go-to list for home improvements/repairs

I wish all contractor experiences were as they are with Hardt Electric, and Todd. Todd has helped me with many projects, large and small. He completes everything as expected, and regularly makes corrections to any existing issues found during the process. My home is old so I cannot trust just anyone with my electrical projects. The greatest customer service I EVER experienced. Com Ed disconnected service to my first floor apartment before I had a chance to put it in my name after tenet moved, stating there was a backfeed. I called Wizard and talked to Tom, he took it upon himself to call Com Ed and get them to come out with in an hour and totally fix the problem. NO CHARGE. THANKS TOM.

$75 for an estimate that can be deducted from the unknown quote. The quote itself could be on the higher end but you don't know until you pay the $75. I was hoping to find an electrician in my community but I will have to look elsewhere
