Best Remodeling Service in Chicago IL

I got five bids to install a 40 amp circuit and wiring to a new double oven. All the houses in our development are only capable of 30 amp. STS Electrician had absolutely the most elegant, non-invasive solution at less than half the price of everyone else who are literally going to rip up the yard and the house to do it. STS Electrician came in and wired the 40 amp circuit in such a way that not a single hole was left in the ceiling inside the house only a hole in the garage which they replaced beautifully. I chose them because Sam really knew what he was doing, communicated well, and stood by his word. I'd recommend these guys for any electrical work and I've done over 10 flip houses in Chicago

Responsive, quick, knowledgeable, and friendly - Kent is the way to go. I was looking to replace a couple of thermostats in my unit. Unlike a couple other electricians I had contacted, he called me back right away, scheduled an appointment the next morning and was able to come and go in a couple hours. I will definitely call him again if I need any work done.

His ideas for adding recessed lighting made all the difference in the kitchen's appearance.We hired him to complete some additional work in the dining room and living room. Just had them out to install globe fixture in laundry room (owner provided) charged $307, and replace a bad wall light switch $207 for a total of $514 for about 40 minutes worth of work. Very expensive.

Sims and Sons did a great job. Darell is very responsive and personable. As a landlord, and living out of town, it was a comfort to have the frequent communication. He sent multiple before and after photos and walked me through the repairs as they were happening. He was able to call in extra help from his team to ensure the job was completed correctlyand on time. I would highly recommend this company.
