Had an emergency over the weekend at our building. Half of the power was out and elevator was not operating. This is an assisted living and it is important for all elevators, heating cooling system to be operational. Called our regular electricians at STS Electric and they were out within an hour. I had called the dispatch at 2:30a Sunday morning and the crew was at the building 3:20a. At first the supervisor John arrived and then the crew showed up. All power was restored within 8 1/2 hours and during this time they were able to provide with aux. power source. I can always count on STS Electricians. I would always recommend STS Electric to anyone who is looking for prompt service and fair pricing.Keep up the good work!!!

When I returned from vacation, I noticed black soot around a power outlet, and called Sims and Sons. Anel arrived at our exact meeting time, and was very kind, which is always appreciated. He examined the outlet, thoroughly explained what had happened, fixed it, and cleaned everything up within a few hours. It was a very inexpensive repair which was a relief. I had a great experience with them, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future electrical needs.

T&D Electrical has made four service calls - three times at my condo and once at my house. In all cases, they've provided exceptional service with reasonable pricing. Nick is the best! He came to help with a disfunctional/broken breaker main which kept flipping off when the AC kicked on during the summer, solved my problem the same day and charged me fairly! What more could i ask for? Best of all my Ac no longer trips my breaker main now!

he is not responsible at all. he never apply for the permit and inspection... my partner and i waited and wasted 6month and stopped by chicago city hall and found out this guy never applied for it. even now, we still have to go for the final inspection, he is not answering the calls and no reply messages. i know we were stupid to paid him all up front bc he wouldnt do anything till we pay upfront. i am going to file complain to chicago. i will do everything let ppl know about him. terrible...
