Everything was great. Professional, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, good communication.That said, I would not use them again. The services are very costly. I had an outlet installed, light fixture installed, 4 light switches adjusted for on/off function, and my AC disconnect box moved about 20 feet.It took the electrician and his apprentice 4.25 hours. Cost: $3kI had planned to do several other electrical projects but will choose a more affordable electrician.If you have a large budget, use them, the work done was excellent.

Mike came out on time and went right to work. We needed a new outlet and GFI installed. there was no mess after the work was complete and he cleaned up after the work was completed. Professional and reasonable. We have used Sapphire electricians many times. They are always quick, and know what they are doing.

I still had florescent lighting in my kitchen and the ballasts were shot.A-Z recommended I change to LED fixtures, and I love the change. My kitchen is brighter and it'll be easier for me to switch out the bulbs, which probably won't need to be switched for several years.From my first phone contact, to the quote, to the fantastic techs who performed the service, this was an ideal experience. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and the techs efficient and personable. When the production facility I manage went down due to a mystery electrical problem, I called them and they sent an emergency electrician out right away. These electrical contractors got me up and running fast, then tracked down the problem (rodents) and got it all fixed properly and safely. I also got rid of the rodents so it won't happen again.

Excellent job!!! Montoya Electric worked on new 400 Amp Electrical Service and new rough, wire, and trim for units 2R and 3R. Provided new gear, equipment, including wiring, conduits, fittings and circuit breakers. Also worked on outside lights and front, rear hallway lights. All work done as stated on the contract and completed on time. Even when ComEd came to check the job, they told me Montoya always does an excellent and professional work. Thank you!!!

We were very happy with Dan and Jeremy who helped with our remodeling project. They put in all new electrical and lighting in two bathrooms, master bedroom and closet. They also addressed minor issues throughout the house. Dan took the time to explain what he was doing and make sure we were comfortable with the placements. He explained how to use the new breakers. While doing work in the attic, he even pointed out a leak we had not noticed. All Pro Electric really cares about their clients.

I contacted Wizard Electric on August 5, 2020 to do a repair of a can light inside my house and to install a new outlet in my garage. They quoted me their hourly rates and scheduled me for 10am-2pm on August 14, 2020.Well, August 14 comes and I wait and wait, and as it nears 2pm, I decide to give them a call to see if they are still coming. I end up speaking to the same guy who scheduled my appointment. To my surprise, he tells me that I am not one of the names on today's job list. He puts me on hold, and after a long wait, comes back to tell me that somehow he managed to schedule me for JULY 14, 2020, instead of August 14.He scheduled me for a day that was ALREADY 22 DAYS IN THE PAST when my appointment was made! 22 DAYS IN THE PAST!?! If true, these people must be running the world's worst computer system, because I'm pretty sure most scheduling software would not allow a user to schedule for dates that are three weeks past.No effort whatsoever was made to get somebody to my house to honor the appointment they made 9 days earlier. Instead I was given a litany of excuses about how busy he is and how the recent storm has people offering them $1000 to come out and do work. When I asked for somebody to come tomorrow (Saturday), I was told no. When I asked for somebody to come Monday (the next weekday), I was also told no.Save yourself the trouble and call a company that honors its appointments. At the very least, I would have expected Wizard Electric to do everything they could to get an electrician to my house ASAP to make up for this ridiculous mistake. But nope. Too busy. So sorry.What a joke.
