Best Maintenance Work in Chicago IL

I feel so fortunate to have found Kent and Jeanette at Skyline Electric. Kent is a brilliant electrician AND a perfectionist both of which are qualities you want in an electrician. As anyone who has ever done anything home related knows, things rarely go according to plan. Electrical projects are no different. So you need to have an electrician with the knowledge, experience, skills and tools to just “figure it out” when something happens. Kent has all 4. Plus he is a fun and very cool guy. And Jeanette is a dream to work with. She is so nice and also very organized about planning so that Kent can get to everyone. If you have to wait a bit because they are busy, just wait. They are SO worth it!!!!

I had Tony come out and he did an AMAZING JOB!!!! I'm a new home owner with an old building and his knowledge and willingness to to show and teach me things is the reason I will be calling them again for further repairs.

I own other properties in Chicago and I will be using them for all my electrical work.

T&D Electrical has made four service calls - three times at my condo and once at my house. In all cases, they've provided exceptional service with reasonable pricing. An electrician named Rodrigo recently helped install several light fixtures and correct an installed ceiling fan - he was best in class. I highly recommend T&D Electrical.

I highly recommend Lucas. I lost power to half my house on a weekend and he responded right away. I had him come back to re-wired my old home. He was knowledgeable, clean and fair with his price. Since then he’s come back to fix outlets in my garage and made sure the job was well done so I could plug in my electric vehicle.

I have used Penco for years and have always been satisfied with their work. They maintain our generator but we also used them to install smart switches. More recently they installed lights, a new panel and electrical switches to support my small woodworking shop. Everything was completed professionally and they provided me with guidance and consultation every step of the way.

Excellent job!!! Montoya Electric worked on new 400 Amp Electrical Service and new rough, wire, and trim for units 2R and 3R. Provided new gear, equipment, including wiring, conduits, fittings and circuit breakers. Also worked on outside lights and front, rear hallway lights. All work done as stated on the contract and completed on time. Even when ComEd came to check the job, they told me Montoya always does an excellent and professional work. Thank you!!!

Joe and his crew are great! I called to schedule an entire condo painting and a long list of handiwork. His team was very prompt every day. On day 1 his team and I walked our entire condo going over each item of work to ensure they understood what was needed. The paint job was awesome.The entire condo painting top to bottom and handiwork was finished in less than a week. Felt like it was a new condo at the end! I just called them again to do electrical work and schedule work the next day. Great group and great work!

Great service. Tom was very knowledgeable and tried his best to figure out a problem. In the end, the knowledge he gave me was the solution and I am very grateful for his services!The initial rate is $160 for the first half hour and $35 there after. It might seem steep, but Tom definitely knows his stuff and if he doesn't, is connected to people that do which is the best you can ask for.Overall I'd recommend Wizard Electric. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and will put up with BS surrounding customers that most electricians would steer away from.5 out of 5 stars

$75 for an estimate that can be deducted from the unknown quote. The quote itself could be on the higher end but you don't know until you pay the $75. I was hoping to find an electrician in my community but I will have to look elsewhere

David was amazing! Prompt and super communicative, and did really detail oriented work! He took care of some holes in our walls that I did a horrible job patching - it literally looks brand new! He also recaulked our shower and took care of some rotted boards in our deck. Would recommend whole heartedly! We are kicking ourselves for not hiring him sooner!! Also wanted to note how CLEAN he was - he vacuumed up his area as he went!! Five stars! He also dealt with our dog who wanted to know what was going on at all times.
