Best Maintenance Services in Chicago IL

Skyline in stalled a Ecobee thermostat in our condo. We have a 220 volt four pipe system. When other electric companies said it cant be done skyline did ir in 4 hours. Thank you skyline

While searching for an electrician to come with same day service I came across All Power Electric.I checked out their website and saw they offered the residential services. I needed installation of 4 ceiling fans throughout my newly renovated home. Tony was dispatched to my home within a few hours the same day!He listened to what I wanted done but he also gave a few helpful suggestions regarding new lighting. I had never heard of recessed lighting but after seeing the pictures he showed me of previous jobs with that type of lighting I just had to have it!He wasn't pushy when making the suggestions which was considerate because he wasn't there to sell he was genuinely interested in making a better appearance. The lighting installation was done by the end of the next day which was great because that weekend I had a family gathering and I didn't have to worry about the work not being done. My experience with them was great and I will definitely keep them in mind for any future electrical service needs.

They seem to have a Fees based business model $450 to tell me nothing I did not already know and only a single option costing $25,000 to fix the problem. it seems to me they don't actually want the job just excessive fees for less than an hour of time.

Did an amazing job on my breaker panel replacement. Will us them for all my other properties in Chicago.

Replied back to my request very quickly (I called one other service who still has not called me back) and were very patient with my buildings approval process of electrical projects. I visited Dunning today who I believe was contracted to replace all unit breaker boxes in my condo several years ago. I first called and spoke with a very pleasant woman who encouraged me to stop by with the faulty breaker needing replacement that was not providing the necessary 120/240 voltages to my electric range. She noted that I should stop by mid afternoon in time to ask the service staff if a replacement was in stock or could be ordered. I did so and was greeted by two knowledgeable service men. They knew immediately what I needed and checked for a replacement in their inventory. I was given a used exact replacement breaker gratis. It resolved my voltage issue with my electric range and so I am once again a happy camper and can cook and bake once again! Thanks Dunning!

Very professionalism by Paco, experienced Staff, very clean. Highly recommended company. Electrical panel was changed! New can lightning in the basement, kitchen counter with new 6 burners oven and 48” hood!

We recently bought a two flat and took on a renovation project for both units. The electric for the entire building needed to be upgraded because it posed a safety hazard. We decided to work with Montoya Electric because they explained the process and were thorough in explaining the scope of work. We have had them return for additional work after that and our experience was great!

Handico cut/installed trim for 8 custom window, 2 door trims and baseboards for me in June 2022. Tom did a fantastic job and is very pleasant to work with as he truly loves what he does for a living! The owner, Joe, is a man of great integrity and fully stands behind their work, which is very reassuring to me because it says alot about him as a business owner. I also previously hired them to install quarter-round moulding in my home and Tom did an excellent job with that, also. They are definitely on my go-to list for home improvements/repairs

Allen did an excellent job repairing a shortage that was impacting my entire house. He found the problem quickly gave me an estimate and arrive early in the day to fix the issue. When the job was finished he had replaced one of my old light fixtures with new and my house was back working properly again in a timely manner.

Accurate Electrical Solutions installed two ceiling fans and repaired a light switch in the kitchen of my condo. The technician was professional and arrived on time. The pricing was fair and I was able to get on their schedule with a very short notice. I would use Accurate Electrical Solutions services again and I would also recommend this company to others.

I wish all contractor experiences were as they are with Hardt Electric, and Todd. Todd has helped me with many projects, large and small. He completes everything as expected, and regularly makes corrections to any existing issues found during the process. My home is old so I cannot trust just anyone with my electrical projects. He is the only one I rely on to do the job right the first time. He also makes many helpful suggestions along the way, which has been very helpful in optimizing the intended outcome and results. They cool

$75 for an estimate that can be deducted from the unknown quote. The quote itself could be on the higher end but you don't know until you pay the $75. I was hoping to find an electrician in my community but I will have to look elsewhere
