This company is highly responsive. An electrician was on the way to our house with twenty minutes of our request for service. Enis offered us alternatives for replacing a light fixture which best met our needs. He was thoroughly professional. He cleaned up completely afterward. He observed Covid protocols too. I wouldn't hesitate to contact this company with any electrical needs.

We had Safe Electrical Service out to do some upgrades recently. We were very pleased with the service we received. We wanted several things done but were unsure about which to do first. Charles broke down the work into three proposals which made it easier for us to decide, based on our budget and needs. He also helped identify some safety issues with the current wiring and load panel, which we had him correct. His crew are all very professional and highly skilled. They did an amazing job installing recessed LED ceiling lights as well as extra outlets, dimmers, the circuit breaker panel, and even helped troubleshoot an issue we had with our rec room wiring. So glad I called these guys to work in my building. I bought an apartment building in the suburbs and didn’t realize the stairway and exterior lights didn’t work until the first evening. Daniel was very knowledgeable and pleasant on the phone. I met him and his partner the next day. They were able to fix the broken automated timer, and properly connect it to all 3 of the electrical panels. Another electrician quoted 3x as much as Daniel did, and told me I needed to replace everything with new equipment. After the repairs, they meticulously tested all the panels and made sure all of the stairway and outside lights worked before they left. Now all the lights come on automatically in the evening and turn off at sunrise. So glad to have a go-to electrical contractor for all my properties.

Adams Electrical saved the day!I had a partial power outage in my home the day before Easter Sunday; not good. I called Adams Electricans to schedule emergency service. Dorian came out within the hour (actually earlier than he said) ran diagnostic tests inside the electrical panel in the basement and the outside meter. It was determined that the issue was a ComEd problem. Dorian had me call ComEd, he spoke to the rep directly to explain the issue, they came out the same day. (not to mention he waited in his car until they came)Once the guy was done, he ran to Home Depot to get a part to repair my kitchen outlet, he checked my fuse box in the basement once again and noticed I had an issue with some of my switches and a wire. He replaced them and recommended I replace the entire box, he also provided an estimate. Dorian was very professional, very knowledgeable about his craft not to mention his service charge was reasonable. I will definitely be using ADAMS ELECTRICAL again!??

$75 for an estimate that can be deducted from the unknown quote. The quote itself could be on the higher end but you don't know until you pay the $75. I was hoping to find an electrician in my community but I will have to look elsewhere

This used to be a solid service provider. Not anymore. They don’t have the right folks and do not assess the scope before sending people out. Then they like to charge you for just swinging by. Will never use them again!!!
