Best Licensed Electrical in Chicago IL

Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Called several times for threes straight days asking for an estimate. Every time I called I was told I would get a call back for a schedule date and finally after about 15 times calling them and not receiving a call back I was told that they couldn't do the service. Wasted 3 days of my time. Would not recommend ever. This company stinks.

I feel so fortunate to have found Kent and Jeanette at Skyline Electric. Kent is a brilliant electrician AND a perfectionist both of which are qualities you want in an electrician. As anyone who has ever done anything home related knows, things rarely go according to plan. Electrical projects are no different. So you need to have an electrician with the knowledge, experience, skills and tools to just “figure it out” when something happens. Kent has all 4. Plus he is a fun and very cool guy. And Jeanette is a dream to work with. She is so nice and also very organized about planning so that Kent can get to everyone. If you have to wait a bit because they are busy, just wait. They are SO worth it!!!!

We've hired this company twice and both times they were professional, knowledgeable and considerate. Most recently they were able to come out the same day we called. Nick and Yarrow were great to work with. They explained everything they were doing and took appropriate pre-cautions in wearing masks.

They were absolutely wonderful, we had an issue with a new home we bought and our electrical connection to the AC unit. They came out right away, gave a great estimate and got the work done quickly. I highly recommend them as we will be using them for future electrical work as well.

I had a great experience with SAFE Electrical Service. They always showed up on time, they put all of the estimates on paper, the did a great job with clean up, etc. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and they were very upfront with all costs of the job.Everything in my house is working as planned and I will definitely be using them in the future! When you need to call an electrician these are the guys to call. They corrected a huge issue with the power source to our garage everything is fixed now and definitely safer. My mind is at ease knowing that they have fixed a problem I didn't even know I had.

They came out to replace a wire on a light. The light was from Etsy, and they found it wasn't compatible with the wire. They also broke the light in the process and charged us $142 for the pleasure. I'm sure they do good work generally, but I can't recommend them.

Excellent job!!! Montoya Electric worked on new 400 Amp Electrical Service and new rough, wire, and trim for units 2R and 3R. Provided new gear, equipment, including wiring, conduits, fittings and circuit breakers. Also worked on outside lights and front, rear hallway lights. All work done as stated on the contract and completed on time. Even when ComEd came to check the job, they told me Montoya always does an excellent and professional work. Thank you!!!
