My third time using Sims & Sons for electrical and plumbing work and I couldn't be happier with their team. Eli, Gram and BJ did a great job replacing my whole electrical panel, setting expectations throughout the process and testing everything thoroughly. Each time I've called Darrell for quotes, I appreciate he's been very transparent about not only the costs, but also about which projects I should prioritize and which ones are not urgent and can wait. I will continue to use Sims and Sons for all my electrical and plumbing needs.

I called about electrical problem.....gave my name and number to the lady who answered the phone 48 hours later still haven't heard back from them.......I ended up needing a new circut breaker box. So they lost my business.

They were super friendly and knowledgeable, and even though it was a pretty big job, they made sure to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood what was going on before they started working on it.I'm so glad I found this company! I had a short circuit that was causing my entire house to be on fire, and they were able to get me back up and running in no time at all. The repairs were done quickly and professionally. This was much easier and quicker than I thought. Prices are great and they are very transparent about costs. Definitely recommend!PS: I was able to book them and communicate with them online and with texts which is another big plus for me that I didn't have to make any phone calls.
