Best Install Flooring in Chicago IL

Handico cut/installed trim for 8 custom window, 2 door trims and baseboards for me in June 2022. Tom did a fantastic job and is very pleasant to work with as he truly loves what he does for a living! The owner, Joe, is a man of great integrity and fully stands behind their work, which is very reassuring to me because it says alot about him as a business owner. I also previously hired them to install quarter-round moulding in my home and Tom did an excellent job with that, also. They are definitely on my go-to list for home improvements/repairs

David has come to our home many times and performed handyman work for us. He performs high quality work completed in a timely manner. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

I don't normally write reviews, but I definitely recommend this contractor. We needed a 240 line run quickly to replace a failing water heater, and they were available within 1 hour of our HVAC contractor's request to do the work. We reviewed the scope and, thinking they would be back in a couple of days, Andy came in with his tools and got to work fishing wire and rewiring breakers, finishing the job in under an hour and a half. On his way out he installed a GFI outlet in the kitchen for me in about 8 minutes. We'll have them back to do some additional work - I rarely have a contractor like that - immediately jump in, know exactly what was needed, and just get it done at a reasonable price. No nonsense, professional, fast, and knowledgeable.

We’ve hired Good Guys Handyman for multiple jobs we’ve been tackling after moving into our house. Ty put an electrical outlet in our master walk-in closet, secured an electrical outlet in our kitchen island, and swapped out a bunch of bathroom vanity fixtures. He also installed GFI outlets in our garage and moved the location of our dining chandelier electrical box and installed the chandelier (pictured). Jamie has done dry wall repair for us, changed the swing on our master bedroom door, and installed a door in the trellising under our deck so we could have under deck access, among other things. Chris repainted our kitchen island (pictured). We have been incredibly happy with everything they’ve done for us, which is why we keep coming back to them time and again. They are kind, personable, and great to work with. I’ve always felt like they’ve had ample expertise for the jobs they’ve done for us. We recommend them wholeheartedly!

We had Daniel come to our home in Brookfield today and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. There were 4 issues (requiring varying expertise) that needed addressing and Daniel did a such great job on all of them. To make it even better, the price was very reasonable for 3 hours worth of labor and parts. We hope to work with him in the future - the absolute best!
