Called All Power on a Friday morning and they had planned to come that same day. Due to some reasonable change they let me know they’d have to come the following day, I appreciated their prompt responses and how much they communicated. Tony (?) came and took a look at my issues, quickly resolved it and worked with me to address some other long-standing items I had. Prompt, professional and priced well. Thank you All Power!

Very positive experience - the owner Darrell had a crew swing by the same day (a day earlier than promised). They helped assess why my freezer was tripping the circuit breaker, but confirmed no power issue. They even checked two additional issues (light switch and ceiling fan) for no charge. Will definitely reuse in the future.

We had a small outlet fire that led to us making a decision to get our entire home rewired and brought up to code. Let me first start with this company is OUTSTANDING! My experience was great from start to finish. I’ll start with the person on the other end of the phone, Noelle, she was very helpful with scheduling someone to come out, answering all of my questions, and was phenomenal with making me comfortable and easing the anxiety that comes along with trying to find a company you can trust for a project like this. Next is the master electrician/owner, Charles, professionalism and customer service at its finest! He came out, did a walkthrough of my home, and came back a couple days later to review options with my husband and myself. When it came time to do the work, the entire crew was respectful of my home, courteous, and professional. A true reflection of their owner/leadership. The icing on the cake was when the village inspector came out and acknowledged that they did a phenomenal job. My husband and I are rarely surprised and I must say the work Safe Electrical did exceeded our expectations. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have already recommended this company to a few co-workers and friends who are in need of electrical work. I rarely write reviews but this is one was well worth it and I can only hope it helps others who are in need of an electrician make their decision.

Super grateful to Lucasz - he came out in a BLIZZARD because my electrical stopped working and short circuited. He was at my place less than an hour after I called. He fixed the breaker easily and quickly. He was upfront about his costs on the phone which were very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone who needs an electrician!

BK Electric is very professional, affordable, and accommodating. He did great work, everything was fixed in a timely manner. He was extremely understanding with my busy schedule and communicated with me at all times. Although, this type of work is not cheap, he is reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Handico cut/installed trim for 8 custom window, 2 door trims and baseboards for me in June 2022. Tom did a fantastic job and is very pleasant to work with as he truly loves what he does for a living! The owner, Joe, is a man of great integrity and fully stands behind their work, which is very reassuring to me because it says alot about him as a business owner. I also previously hired them to install quarter-round moulding in my home and Tom did an excellent job with that, also. They are definitely on my go-to list for home improvements/repairs

Ovi was an absolute professional and was wonderful at explaining how best to repair something-even if it meant it was just switching out type of bulbs. Will be using them in the future, but going to request Ovi for sure.

Chicago Bungalow Owner, I needed some electrical work done and used the Chicago Bungalow Association for references and the Wizard popped up. I’ve read some of the reviews and of the negative ones that I came across I have to say I totally disagree. Customer service was excellent when setting up the appointment over the Memorial Day weekend. I had the pleasure of working with Rob, who had great knowledge of Chicago Bungalows and was spot on with his information so to you Rob; I Thank You! I will ABSOLUTELY use this company again for any and all my electrical needs.Job Done: trouble shoot electrical short, 3 new light switches, installed a ceiling fan and made a Not safe wiring to another ceiling fan safe so that I can install a new one myself.

I will never know if they are good electricians, but I do know they a bad at managing their voicemail- Mike's voice on the outgoing message said to leave a message after the tone- but there was no tone. Just a mailbox full message.

$75 for an estimate that can be deducted from the unknown quote. The quote itself could be on the higher end but you don't know until you pay the $75. I was hoping to find an electrician in my community but I will have to look elsewhere
