Penco Electric did a really good job installing our generator. The work included excavation, gas line extensions and electrical. Everything from beginning to end was timely, professional and hassle-free. Competitive pricing and excellent install crew. Handico cut/installed trim for 8 custom window, 2 door trims and baseboards for me in June 2022. Tom did a fantastic job and is very pleasant to work with as he truly loves what he does for a living! The owner, Joe, is a man of great integrity and fully stands behind their work, which is very reassuring to me because it says alot about him as a business owner. I also previously hired them to install quarter-round moulding in my home and Tom did an excellent job with that, also. They are definitely on my go-to list for home improvements/repairs

This is an awesome electric company. They have a straightforward and understandable pricing system. After scheduling time with them, they were punctual and also completed the job according to the time they had scheduled. I did not have to pay for anything more than the original price or reschedule for anything more. It was easy to schedule time with them and their work was awesome. he is not responsible at all. he never apply for the permit and inspection... my partner and i waited and wasted 6month and stopped by chicago city hall and found out this guy never applied for it. even now, we still have to go for the final inspection, he is not answering the calls and no reply messages. i know we were stupid to paid him all up front bc he wouldnt do anything till we pay upfront. i am going to file complain to chicago. i will do everything let ppl know about him. terrible...

I will never know if they are good electricians, but I do know they a bad at managing their voicemail- Mike's voice on the outgoing message said to leave a message after the tone- but there was no tone. Just a mailbox full message.
