The team spent a day and a half essentially rewiring the house. They were courteous, considerate, detail-oriented, professional, communicative, and most importantly, they saved us from a potentially devastating situation.The small things make the difference between service and service excellence. Charles had to make an opening in the cabinet above our refrigerator (there was no alternative), explained it thoroughly before it was done, patched it beautifully, and even fixed the trim that our contractors hadn't properly nailed into the cabinet. They not only completely protected our floors but also cleaned up any errant salt from the snow outside. These small things really impressed me after months of renovations and wildly different experiences with other service providers.This is a highly specialized skill and you get what you pay for. SAFE's services were worth every penny and we won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I can't believe how easy it is to charge my car now. I used to spend so much time driving around, looking for a parking spot where I could easily plug in. I was never home, but now, thanks to their EV charger installation service, I can just come home and plug in my car at night before I go to sleep. It's amazing!

Ovi was an absolute professional and was wonderful at explaining how best to repair something-even if it meant it was just switching out type of bulbs. Will be using them in the future, but going to request Ovi for sure.

This is the second time I’ve used Fixer, and I’ve been very satisfied with both experiences. For both visits, my Fixer was Andrew M. He’s a very conscientious worker and has always been on time and completed work in the estimated time frames. He’s also patient in explaining answers to questions I had about the repairs - so I also learned some things from him. I appreciate Fixer providing such competent and friendly staff.

I called Adams Electrical Services located 4527 S. Drexel, to get an estimate because he’s in the area and upon his request I sent him a picture of the job.He responded with a price of $550 to move an electrical conduit up which is really ridiculous because this job would take maybe one hour or two at the most.It’s a shame when contractors try to take advantage of folks (especially females) thinking that we are desperate and don’t know any better. So typical and wrong!
