John from Arnold was great in giving the initial estimate for installation of a new 240v outlet, very professional and gave a great price. During the install, Rob and Jake were awesome! They came on time and finished early with everything I needed. Very professional and communicated well. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job overall. I had Arnold recommended to me by a family member and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other family and friends. Thx Jake and Rob!

Very responsive and friendly, I called them at 11am about a main service panel issue, and they were at the property by 1pm the same day, fixing the problem in the north Chicago area. Very transparent with pricing and explaining the issue.

SAFE Electrical is the absolute best! Every interaction with them (office and electricians) was fantastic. I live in a home that was built in the 50s with some questionable wiring. The team that came out to move a switch and install a couple of outlets went above and beyond. They were thoughtful, professional, and did an excellent job. They resolved some problems that I hadn't even asked them to - which was greatly appreciated and they didn't try to charge me more money for the work. I will use them for ALL my electrical work moving forward.

We recently bought a two flat and took on a renovation project for both units. The electric for the entire building needed to be upgraded because it posed a safety hazard. We decided to work with Montoya Electric because they explained the process and were thorough in explaining the scope of work. We have had them return for additional work after that and our experience was great!

We are so happy with the work done by these electrical contractors in Chicago. Our front porch light was relocated to a better position and they changed it from a motion-sensor light to a regular switch. We also got some professional advice about our decorative lighting to ensure safe use and a great look. The service was beyond our expectations

I contacted Wizard Electric on August 5, 2020 to do a repair of a can light inside my house and to install a new outlet in my garage. They quoted me their hourly rates and scheduled me for 10am-2pm on August 14, 2020.Well, August 14 comes and I wait and wait, and as it nears 2pm, I decide to give them a call to see if they are still coming. I end up speaking to the same guy who scheduled my appointment. To my surprise, he tells me that I am not one of the names on today's job list. He puts me on hold, and after a long wait, comes back to tell me that somehow he managed to schedule me for JULY 14, 2020, instead of August 14.He scheduled me for a day that was ALREADY 22 DAYS IN THE PAST when my appointment was made! 22 DAYS IN THE PAST!?! If true, these people must be running the world's worst computer system, because I'm pretty sure most scheduling software would not allow a user to schedule for dates that are three weeks past.No effort whatsoever was made to get somebody to my house to honor the appointment they made 9 days earlier. Instead I was given a litany of excuses about how busy he is and how the recent storm has people offering them $1000 to come out and do work. When I asked for somebody to come tomorrow (Saturday), I was told no. When I asked for somebody to come Monday (the next weekday), I was also told no.Save yourself the trouble and call a company that honors its appointments. At the very least, I would have expected Wizard Electric to do everything they could to get an electrician to my house ASAP to make up for this ridiculous mistake. But nope. Too busy. So sorry.What a joke.
