We hired this company to install a wall connector for a Tesla. We appreciated their level of communication, they were quick to respond and answered all our question. They were extremely professional, highly skilled and their quality of work was amazing. I would 100000 percent recommend them - They will not disappoint! : )

The whole experience with Arnold Electric Services was excellent, from scheduling the appointment, confirming the appointment and arriving at the appointment time. The electrician they sent (Jeff) was extremely knowledgable. Jeff was very professional, answered all of our questions and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. On top of the service call, Jeff performed an electrical Safety audit of our home at no additional charge nor did Jeff try to push any additional services because of the audit. These guys are great. I called in the middle of the night and they came out right away. They were at my house in less than 30 minutes of when I called. My husband and I bought a condo with electrical problems. We asked around for the best electrician in Chicago. We were given the name of this company three different times, so we called them first. They were impressive: professional, knowledgeable and easy scheduling. They worked diligently to solve a myriad of problems we had. We are happy clients.

I've used this company twice now and Eugene was our technician. Once for a pretty major job where they replaced our ancient electric panel and updated closet lighting and some switched and outlets so they were up to code. Another time he came out to update an exterior outlet and outlets in the basement. Both times Eugene was prompt in his arrival and very efficient with getting the job done. I think I've found my go-to company for everything electric and would highly recommend them to family, friends, and others.

I reached out to Just Electric/ Electrician to get a quote for a garage re-wire and fix a wired doorbell and chime in my home. No other electrician that I called ever responded, except for Electrician. Called on a Monday, Reginald (electrician) came out to check out the existing condition of the garage and the doorbell in the main house, scheduled to do repairs to the doorbell for Wednesday. I received a call that Reginald was available possibly Tuesday afternoon (lucky us!), so we were able to have our doorbell installed on Tuesday afternoon. Quick service, professional, and most importantly STRAIGHTFORWARD. We will be calling them again after the holidays when we need our garaged rewired with extra outlets and switches installed. Lukasz was very professional and came to my house at a lighting speed (pun intended). He was always very communicative, and offered great advice for solutions. The best part was that he left my house spotless. I've hired many contractors before who had left a whole crime scene and never cleaned up the dust/debris after themselves. I would highly recommend Lukasz and his team!

Unfortunately I did not get the same 5-star experience as others did.Electrician first had to reschedule at the last minute due to a fire emergency which I can understand. However, I had to take off work a second time for him to come in, which he never showed up for. I called him several times and then called the company’s main number in the afternoon (appointment was first thing in the morning). I told them it was unprofessional for the electrician to not even provide updates or let me know he wasn’t going to make it (again). The person’s response was literally “well we cannot account for the electrician’s professionalism” which is probably the worst excuse you can tell a customer. I asked to speak to the manager, which they told me would call me back shortly. I did not receive a phone call.I never do reviews, but this was a terrible experience.

John and Tony Sr. are awesome! They know exactly what to do, and how to do it the best way possible. They tell you in advance what should be done, and if there is anything that you should know before they start. They know what will look good and work well, too. They are fast, neat, fair, and nice. My general contractor was highly impressed with their work, too. It was my lucky day to find them, and it would be yours too, when you hire them.

We just moved to Chicago, and we want to make sure about the safety of our family, especially since we have three children.
