Charged us thousands. Never gave us an accurate quote of what they would do in advance. Didn't return calls knowing they hadn't told us what the final bill would be.

These guys are great. I hired Skyline to fix the front and back lights for our 3 story building in Lincoln Park a couple of years ago, and had them work on multiple things for my own condo today. They are all very professional and knowledgeable!Both Kent from a couple of years ago, and Tom with his buddy boy helper :) who were here today, did a great job. And when Tom did not have a tool he needed to cut the kitchen island cabinet, so that it would not crack, he called the office and had the right tools delivered very quickly. Jeanette, who is the owner (i think) and handles appointments, is awesome too. Highly recommend this company!

My technician was Tony Juarez. He came out at the time he said he was supposed to last night and today. He was so informative on what was happening and future preventive actions as well. Even when ComEd was here, he led the charge on making sure they did their part so that he could correctly do his. Everything is up and running now and my family is so pleased thanks to him. I can't say enough how great this company is. As first time homeowners we weren't sure what to expect when working with an electrician. They first did an inspection for us back in 2017 before we bought our house. They charged a fair price to do a walk through and told us what would needed to be updated. 3 years later we have work we need done in our basement (can lights installed, circuit box labeled, wire cleanup, etc.). Not only did the electrician, Charles, remember us, he even honored the quote he gave 2 years prior for the breaker box. He and his team worked all day at our house. The work was done timely and professionally. Fast forward to today, we've been having trouble with a breaker tripping when we use 2 appliances at the same time (we have an old house). We were able to get him out here within 48 hours to fix the problem. Great local electrician. We highly recommend!

I used T&D for installation of a space heater for my garage. The electrician was super professional, friendly, and was even able to make gentle recommendations related to the placement. The service from the office staff was quick, easy, responsive, and overall pleasant (esp with me, given my lack of understanding of anything electrical). Overall, i recommend fully.
