I hired Sapphire Electric to take care of some electrical work that needed to be performed to one of the units in my building. One of the biggest selling points for me was that they are licensed and bonded with the state. Sapphire Electric came and assessed the work that needed to be done, pulled the needed permits, and quickly got to work. The crew that performed the work were efficient and professional. The project manager, Kam, was always prompt to return any phone calls and answered all the questions and concerns that I had before, during, and after the work was performed. We had a small outlet fire that led to us making a decision to get our entire home rewired and brought up to code. Let me first start with this company is OUTSTANDING! My experience was great from start to finish. I’ll start with the person on the other end of the phone, Noelle, she was very helpful with scheduling someone to come out, answering all of my questions, and was phenomenal with making me comfortable and easing the anxiety that comes along with trying to find a company you can trust for a project like this. Next is the master electrician/owner, Charles, professionalism and customer service at its finest! He came out, did a walkthrough of my home, and came back a couple days later to review options with my husband and myself. When it came time to do the work, the entire crew was respectful of my home, courteous, and professional. A true reflection of their owner/leadership. The icing on the cake was when the village inspector came out and acknowledged that they did a phenomenal job. My husband and I are rarely surprised and I must say the work Safe Electrical did exceeded our expectations. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have already recommended this company to a few co-workers and friends who are in need of electrical work. I rarely write reviews but this is one was well worth it and I can only hope it helps others who are in need of an electrician make their decision.

I called Dan after a partial power outage to my home, he responded quickly and came out the same day. He discovered that the issue was external and recommended I contact the electric company who were able to come out to fix the problem. This was all done as a free estimate which I really appreciated. Will definitely use the services again for any electrical issue and will recommend to family and friends.

I don't normally write reviews, but I definitely recommend this contractor. We needed a 240 line run quickly to replace a failing water heater, and they were available within 1 hour of our HVAC contractor's request to do the work. We reviewed the scope and, thinking they would be back in a couple of days, Andy came in with his tools and got to work fishing wire and rewiring breakers, finishing the job in under an hour and a half. On his way out he installed a GFI outlet in the kitchen for me in about 8 minutes. We'll have them back to do some additional work - I rarely have a contractor like that - immediately jump in, know exactly what was needed, and just get it done at a reasonable price. No nonsense, professional, fast, and knowledgeable.

After reporting the breakdown, this company responded immediately and arrived on site at the agreed time. The electricians got straight to work, accurately diagnosing the problem and then discussing possible solutions with us. They were very courteous and demonstrated their expertise, explaining every step of the repair to us. The work was carried out with attention to detail and to the highest safety standards. Once the work was completed, they were carried out to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend the services of this company as they are reliable and professional.

The guys who came in to mount or TV and speaker, run some cabling and install new outlets were really, really excellent! Not just providing us with high quality work, but also great advice, they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! We’ll definitely be using this company in the future and highly recommend them.

Absolutely do not use if you are trying to renovate a house. They were quick to sell me a membership for $300 on the first call and send contractors out to our property. But when our lender needed paperwork filled out, they went absolutely silent. I have never experienced customer service this bad in my life. I do not like to use Google for poor reviews but this experience is beyond belief. Sun has record of our communication yet they will not act.
