Tony was great! He took my call late one night after I got a quote that I thought was too high from another plumber. He listened to my concerns and scheduled an appointment. When he arrived, he first tested to make sure (the other plumber refused to test!) and confirmed I needed a new faucet. He came back the next day after i purchased the faucet I wanted and installed it. He was fantastic about explaining what the issues where and where not, which was important to me.
