Fast, Professional, Reasonable (price) - I placed a call for a quote, and was on the books to have my situation looked at within 48 hours. The gentleman (I believe his name was Ron) showed up a few minutes early (I'm not complaining!). He immediately came in and assessed the situation. He would've completed the work in less than 30 minutes, but there was a piece from my chandalier that had broken off and we couldn't locate (totally my fault). Ron left and went to Lowe's to purchase a replacement piece. He didn't even charge me for it! He completed the entire repair in a little over an hour, but considering that he had to leave my home to go shopping for parts, I was very happy with the time it took. I highly recommend No Shorts Electric, and I will be using them again for any future electrical needs. I couldn't be happier.

This was my first time needing electrical services and this company exceeded my expectations. From the first phone call to the time the technicians left, it was quality service all around. Ms. Lisa the representative was polite and pleasant during the call. She made sure I received prompt same day service. The technicians Jay and Daron, were honest and had my best interest at heart. They were able to reroute my issue to its primary source and only charged me for the visit and diagnoses. They even offered follow up care if needed even though the issue wasn’t theirs to fix. No up-sales, no cons, they were honest guys. Even the owner was apart of the service every step of the way. Not only did they guide me in the next steps, they went a step further and set up the service I needed with my power company. I will definitely call them again for any of my electrical needs.
