Marques can out today to service my AC unit. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Not only did he bring shoe covers but also a Michael and Sons may to prevent any additional dirt from coming in my home. After his inspection/maintenance we sat down to discuss he overall condition and any maintenance and/or preventive maintenance that needed to be done. He was thorough with explaining everything to me, very detailed and was able to answer all of my questions. I have never had a technician to visit my home with this amount of patience and thoroughness. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a while.
