I had two companies come out Gowdy being the second and that really made me appreciate the difference in professionalism and the customer experience I received from them in comparison to one of their competitors. Scott solved my power issue in no time and Jessie came out to do the installation for my new wattages and these guys really cared about their work. Be careful using the people. They claim to be Christians but they cheated my elderly mother. They charged her almost $200 to come to her house to do a repair and did nothing. When I called the owner he used profanity and hung up the phone. He did call me back and said his people would fix the issue. That was more than a month ago. They take advantage of the elderly... do you really want them in your home?....
