WB Moore Company Charlotte, NC Electrician
I was employed at WB Moore for about a year. I had concerns about the company's culture when I first started, but I learned that the company was undergoing several key personnel changes which resulted in better accountability, corporate culture, and company performance.

I had a wonderful employment experience and would both recommend the company to a friend as well as consider returning for a mutually beneficial opportunity.

Watson Electrical Construction Co. Electrician
I worked Watson a few years ago as a helper, the job wasn’t bad at first. Work was good, but once the months continue treatment did too. As projects got hard so did pressure. Hours were also good at first then thing declined. I been in the Electrical field prior to Watson and made a lot more money with other company’s but once my main Forman quit, Forman by the name of Parker stepped in and let his ego take over. The issue was brought to Matt’s attention but nothing happened. With threats of no lunch, being left for the shuttle while being on time and trying to take away hours/pay for personal reasons that had nothing to do with the employees working(wasn’t just me) with that being said I removed myself from the job and found a great job that treats me like a great employee that I am. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst opportunity at all but no employee deserves to be mistreated on any job. Had to share my experience.

Dsl Electric of Charlotte Electrician
My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

Al's knowledge and expertise was just superb! He has a remarkably professional and amicable can do attitude with the experience and knowledge to back it up. He communicates a professional confidence in his manner that is reassuring.

It was a real pleasure to do business with Al. Both my neighbor and myself are super pleased with the high quality of the job and the efficient speed and timeliness that it was done! The front on my neighbors home looks fantastic and the quality of work will have the siding and trim last for many many years to come! I feel like Al went above and beyond my expectations to achieve a very high standard of excellence in his work.

Affordable, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, likeable personality and a job well done! Good work, Al! Thanks for doing the job!

National Standard Electric, LLC Electrician
We live in an older home, and we needed to upgrade our 2-prong outlets to 3-prong outlets. Plus, we needed to add some exterior outlets. We found them on Angie's List and saw very positive reviews. The owner gave us a very fair price, scheduled us quickly, and worked with our budget not to go over what we could afford. The work crew arrived on time, and did a thorough job, keeping us updated all the way. They were very respectful of our home, and were very courteous and friendly. They will definitely be our first call for future electrical projects, and we will tell our friends about the excellent, friendly service and prompt follow-through. Highly recommended.

Bates Electric Electrician
Bates, while a good value on cost could have burned my home down by NOT following Tesla's very basic specs.

I have contacted their service line about 7x and they have 0 interest in doing the right thing by refunding my money as I had to hire another electric company to fix their work. The electrician showed up and had no interest in running the wiring to the placement we originally wanted. We compromised and had him install the NEMA 14-50 outlet directly beside the panel in the garage- Super simple and about a 45 min job. However, He was unprepared and did not have the Proper high quality industrial grade NEMA outlet on hand that Tesla specs. He then left our home and purchased a very low quality $10 outlet at the Home Depot.

This is the result. A never event and this all could have been avoided with the proper materials used. You can not advertise that you are a recommended Tesla installer if you're not going to follow their specifications. I have been more than patient and courteous. Nice guys always get the shaft and this is a prime example.

Romanoff Electric, Heating & Cooling Electrician
I was impressed of the service John Gentle provided, he showed up the same day I called, on time, and went above and beyond answering every question and even helping explaining and setting up the new thermostats (which is something usually done by the Smarthome people and not them).
Best customer service experience I have ever had in my home.
