Robert ran an electrical line and replaced some old electrical to install our new stove and we had a great experience. He did excellent work in a timely manner and his prices were very fair. I was excited to work with West Seattle Electric and Solar on a rewire of my house. Ryan came out to do a walkthrough and was very friendly, helpful, and thorough. He said to expect an estimate within a week.

Unfortunately that estimate never came through. I called to ask about it a week and a half after the walkthrough and was told that Ryan hadn't added any notes about his walkthrough to their system for processing. Ok, fine, no big deal. The woman I spoke with said she'd call me back the next day. She never did.

I called the office several more times, leaving voicemails, hoping to get a bid for the work and they never picked up or returned my calls. I assume they're just super busy and didn't intentionally ghost me but this has left me feeling pretty disappointed.
