It was a great experience overall, from initial inquiries to getting the job done. I had a few failed receptacles that needed to be looked at and repaired. The electrician, Nate, was extremely professional and courteous. He did a great job investigating the issues and explaining multiple possible options, and completed the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

We had a leak in our water main where it connected to the meter. While Seatown was the only company I called (didn’t want to spend time getting different estimates since we had no water to the house) it cost much more than I anticipated, especially since it only took them 2 hours to complete the job. They were professional and responsive. 4 stars because the estimate they gave me stated $220 for a permit fee but when I looked at the permit online it had only cost $46. I called Seatown and they adjusted my final payment accordingly but I would have paid $220 for a $45 permit if I hadn’t called. I feel that Seatown should have adjusted this without me having to call them on it.
