I am very impressed with this company. They responded to my inquiry immediately and were able to make it out in the same day. The electrician who came was very friendly, explained things clearly, and did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again.

Michael came to inspect our unit and repair our ductless mini-split A/C system when were on a tight timeline for fix. We had a bad experience with a prior service and Seatown came recommended by our realtor. During the initial diagnostic appointment he quickly identified the issue and clearly articulated the possible next steps. The day of the actual fix, I really appreciated the clear communication at each stage of the process, backing up each of his claims using data and showing me the results from his diagnostic procedures throughout it all - not to mention the level of professionalism and clear documentation of each step from the entire team at Seatown from start to finish. They also had parts readily available on hand which removed any stress of needing to wait for delivery on additional parts for follow up repairs. On top of that, Seatown had appointment availability on short notice at a time when other services were booking about a month out, amazing given the stress around our timeline. These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!
