Upgraded the outside electrical meter. They were very knowledgeable and dependable. Prompt in returning phone calls and prioritized my initial complaint and came out the same day to assess the problem. Highly recommend.

Had somebody come out to fix an outlet not getting any power. They were unable to find the problem, but gave me a 400 dollar bill and a 20k bid for a bunch of unrelated work they thought I should do.Called out another shop, they found the problem in a place the other electrician looked and fixed it quickly. Looked at the other recommendations and told me they were unnecessary upsells.After I posted this review (now edited), a manager reached out to me to make things right and I was refunded the initial service fee. I was told that he knew about this event and had already told the electrician he cant charge when no solution is found, but if that is so I am left wondering why he didnt reach out until the review?In the end, all I lost was some time, but given all the above I cannot recommend this place.
