Joseph was very helpful in troubleshooting when half the house was without electricity when I had the main water pipe burst in the same night. Apparently, disaster struck twice that night in unrelated events. Joseph walked me through the options and came out when I was back in town, solving the issue quickly and having it fixed with the help of Seattle Light.

This is the second time I've hired Seatown. The first was for plumbing, this time was for a thermostat replacement. I had to schedule a month in advance, but they're worth the wait. Just as last time, the tech coming out was willing to teach me what he was doing by talking through his methods. I'm so grateful for that. Zack, the tech this time, was a wonderfully kind, funny and warm person. I felt completely at easy with asking dumb questions. I was grateful I was his last appointment of the day because he stayed a bit longer answering other questions of electrical issues around the house and stayed to provide a quote for further work.We had an easy, carefree conversation and I never felt rushed or that I was just another appointment for him.
