The other companies’ technicians merely glanced at the bib and were on their way - they didn’t spend any time truly assessing the issue. When it was time to actually perform the maintenance, Tyler was friendly, respectful, and incredibly clean. He gave us practical advice such as how to reduce the chances of another frost crack in the future, as well as recommending that we keep all the materials in case we ran into any issues with insurance. On his way out, he even checked the pressure in our other hosebibs to make sure that they hadn’t cracked as well.
