I had an excellent experience with Fixer. We live in Ballard and needed some simple things fixed around the house like a leaky shower and an unstable shelf. I called fixer and they immediately sent someone out the very same day in just a few hours of my phone call. Roman was our guy, and he was super nice, professional and efficient. Their pricing is fair and they have a concierge available if you need a live human to talk to. They send out a text so you can follow along on where the technician is en route, and follow up immediately upon completion. Something was wrong with the shower after Roman had already left, and they don’t usually work on the weekends but Roman came back out on a Saturday and fixed it at no extra charge! Talk about great service!! We will definitely be using Fixer again and would highly recommend them!

Michael was extremely helpful, polite and thorough. He was so nice! A simple repair and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. A very pleasant experience and they were here the very next day!! I will definitely use them again.
