Garrett and his team went the extra mile! We had an emergency issue with what turned out to be our very old service drop and meter. It was arcing, half the house had power while the other didn't. Yikes. But Garrett came out the same day to diagnose the problem, replaced the needed parts, handled everything in a safe and professional manner and at reasonable price. We'll definitely call B&G again!

Fixed the problem but was very condescending

Can't say enough about the quality of people at Eco Electric & Plumbing. I had both electrical and plumbing work done, and I felt heard and understood and not rushed at all. They have wonderful customer service. We had a snafu with one of our appointments, and they made it right by offering a discount on our initial balance.Electrical: Connor is great! During the initial estimate he took the time to walk through our place, answered all questions I had in a respectful manner. I initially called because I wanted a quote for recessed lighting in our living room and bedrooms, but ended up not getting it done. However, he did a 360 degree walk through of our place and we found a few things he suggested we fix for safety reasons. He explained things clearly and never once made me feel silly for asking for clarification. Being new to homeownership, I really appreciated how he took the time to educate me on what he was looking at, and different solutions. He also knows a lot about smart homes/smart lighting and was open to discussing various options that I could consider.Had him come back a few weeks later to do the minor fixes and couldn't be happier!Plumbing: Got water heater and garbage disposal replaced, and bath fixtures sealed. Matt came to do the initial estimate and he was incredibly helpful, and also did a fantastic job making sure I knew how things worked and what we should keep an eye out for. I appreciated him saying that he would only put parts in our house that he would use in his own. He was a fantastic communicator, and made sure that Duane and Kenyada knew what he was expected of the job before leaving to take care of another job. Both Duane and Kenyada were fantastic and made sure the job was done right. Duane even took a look at my hose connection on the side of the house and did a quick adjustment to make sure that it was working properly. In addition he gave me info on the part for another hose so that I could get a replacement.The other part that I really enjoyed seeing was the way everyone interacted with each other with respect. It's not always the case that everyone knows one another and gets along -- so it must mean that the company is doing something right.Will be trusting them with other jobs in the future!

I had an excellent experience with Raincap on some electrical work that needed to take place in our home. Their lead electrician, Bryce, is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. He gave us a fair estimate and was very honest regarding the scope of work that needed to be done. The two electricians, Pete and Josh, were also efficient, polite and knowledgeable. In addition, they followed COVID guidelines appropriately. We'll definitely use them again if we have further needs and I'd recommend them to anyone requiring an electrician.

Konsker Electric (Robert) gave me a quote to have some aluminum wiring in my old house replaced, in order to install a new oven, and his employees Alejandro and Fernando came out to complete the job. Robert identified in the first place that the wiring needed to be updated and replaced in order to support the voltage of the oven and to be safe, which the installation company had missed and had not even tried to install safely. The quote was very reasonable, and Alejandro and Fernando were fantastic and did a great job - very professional and communicative, and were able to work through a few issues that came up during the course of the work and get the job done successfully. I was very happy with the work, and it's great to feel comfortable that the job was done right and the oven was installed safely - thank you Konsker!
