The install team from Brennan was on time, courteous and did a nice job of cleaning up. They also did a great job of walking me through what they would be doing during the install...and reviewed again at the end of the day. I purchased our system through Costco and would recommend Brennan for any of your HVAC needs.

They took excellent care of us! Reasonably priced and great follow through:) We needed quick service and, when their schedule changed, Pasha came to us in person to tell us instead of calling. It meant a lot:) We recommend them highly.

This group is the real deal - Cecil and his guys really know what they are going. They did a rather complicated panel upgrade and relocation/rewiring project for us as well as a circuit addition for our laundry room. BEST exceeded our expectations on every front! The job turned out to be an enormous grueling effort over the course of two 12-hour days (a very old house that was long overdue for an electrical upgrade), and the whole team was extremely thorough, professional, and courteous the entire time. Cecil was also very proactive in pushing for permitting from the city, organizing inspections, establishing temporary power, and generally making the whole experience as painless as possible for us. He was also very honest and up-front with quotes as well and kept to it even when things turned out more difficult. A few minor things went wrong (as expected from a job of this scale) but they did everything in their power to make things right even after I had paid (for example coming back to fix up some minor drywall damage they missed and offering to pay for a hotel when the job progress left us briefly without power). Overall, a 10/10 experience.

Called for help with a ceiling fan in bathroom that would not turn off. Needed help right away as condo was pending sale. Jeff was able to come right away, immediately knew what the problem was, corrected the situation and did not charge. Seattle Electricians Today is now on speed dial!! Thank you Andrea for your help!!

November 30th snow/wind took down my power pole. This is my owned pole, so PSE was not responsible for replacing it. I contacted AMS ELECTRIC (AMS does not replace poles but gave me referrals) On Friday Dec 2nd, the day the pole was installed, Aaron & his crew were immediately ready to start. Lots of snow & rain but they worked all afternoon. Back Saturday AM and worked in freezing weather to finish the job. That night PSE was able to reconnect the power. Aaron was there directing & working with his crew until completed. They have returned later to finish a few details, do a VIRTUAL VIDEO INSPECTION with the inspector and complete the cleanup of the site. This company went way beyond anything I was expecting and there is no way I would recommend or use any other company than AMS ELECTRIC.
