Alex came out promptly on a weekend to troubleshoot a vexing and alarming problem. In fact, he fixed it over the phone: he suggested I first call City LIght to check the outside equipment. I NEVER would have thought of that, assuming an internal problem, but City Light came right out, replaced the service, and that was apparently it.
Alex came out and checked everything thoroughly. Good listener, good explainer. Money well-spent.
