This should be a zero star review. My first review did not post, so here's what happened: we ran into an emergency situation where my heater would not run (I have two small boys) I called this company at 12:40 pm. They said a tech would call me. I called back at 1:40 pm, and was told a tech would call me. I called back at 5:30, 6:30 and 9:30. Nothing. I asked them not to come at this point.
I called this company back this morning hoping they would, make right what was wrong, a quote from their responses to these reviews Instead I was told, we're not going to be doing work for you.
