I have been trying to get a simple install for the past several weeks, and I have had to resend communication, and pictures multiple times. I have also had to call them over 15 times and still don’t have an understanding of when they will schedule the install. All this is after ARC lighting already took the payment from me. They promise to call back and give me availability, but they aren’t responsive over text or phone. Very unethical and infuriating.
