Very unprofessional company. They backed out on confirmed quote saying we have received large implementation project and all resources are deployed to that project. Before that they became un-responsive for almost a week and stopped responding to my email and calls. Attached is the signed and approved quote snapshot which ENE is now saying that I didn't agree and that caused them to back out which is completely false statement. Negotiations are part of all the deals and we had the negotiations as well and we agreed to a price and signed the quote later.

You don't see these types of services with integrity around anymore. Every bump on the road with our projects, Leo has held our hands through the process to make sure everything was done correctly through City/county. He has answered every phone call/replied to every email with answers and solutions. He's honest -he's good, And extremely knowledgeable in what he does. I had ARC install a standby generator on my property. After installing it, my power went out about a week later. The generator ran for about 10-15 minutes before failing. I called Victor (the owner), and about 1 week later he got back to me. I explained what happened and he told me he had to charge me to come look at it. After spending over 10K on the generator and installation, this seemed outrageous since he's the one who installed it. I then felt I was being taken advantage of so I went to his website and it states, We offer lifetime warranties on all completed jobs. At ARC Lighting & Electric we understand how difficult having electrical problems can be that we guarantee to get it right the first time, literally. If we have to come back a 2nd time for a job that was completed, that service is free of charge!. This couldn't be further from the truth. I believe he charges $125-$150 for each service call even if they do the install. Almost a month later, he came back to the property. After not being able to diagnose it, he told me he had to call Generac (the manufacture of the generator), and figure the problem out. He sent the invoice for the service call but had no solution. He then stated I would have to pay for him to come back out.

After our last conversation, I decided I didn't want to deal with him or his company as they don't stand behind their work. I called Generac directly only to find out he is not an authorized dealer which is why he was charging for every service call. Generac then sent an authorized installer/service company and solved the problem free of charge. I take blame for not researching the company more in depth and realizing he wasn't an authorized dealer which in my case, it mattered. In case it's not clear, I do not recommend this company and if this is the way he/they treat their customers, I wonder how they're still in business.

I work graveyard shifts at my job and a huge part of my job is to make sure everything is running smoothly. Well the other night we had a storm and our power shut off but we have back up generators, however they haven't been used in so long they weren't working either and for our company that's a BAD thing cause we need our machines running all day all night. Luckly nite and ay power has ups backup system and came out to help us right away! They got to my site fast and just in time!
