I was impressed by Brian's frankness about the job we asks him to do. There was no beating around the bush in quoting us what the cost will be and my wife & I really appreciated that about him. He was very professional about the way he dealt with us and there was no room for misunderstanding about what we expect from his work. He always return calls if either I or my wife have any question and that was really a big thing if you are a customer. If he missed a call he made sure he got back to you. I work graveyard shifts at my job and a huge part of my job is to make sure everything is running smoothly. Well the other night we had a storm and our power shut off but we have back up generators, however they haven't been used in so long they weren't working either and for our company that's a BAD thing cause we need our machines running all day all night. Luckly nite and ay power has ups backup system and came out to help us right away! They got to my site fast and just in time!
