Very disappointed in service and experience. I would not use them again.

I am remodeling my kitchen and needed some electrical outlets moved before construction could begin. I found Electric Heroes through their Google reviews and couldn't have been more pleased. I called to make an appointment and was able to have someone come out immediately .They arrived on time, were super fast and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely be using them again for any future electrical needs!!

I am really impressed with Jon Clark and his team from JMC Electrical. He was super friendly and a very knowledgeable professional. I requested a quote for hot tub/ spa wiring and Jon came out the very next day to do an on-site consultation. After I reviewed and approved the quote, Jon once again came out the very next day to complete the wiring installation just in time for Memorial Day weekend! The hot tub is up and running and I am one very happy and satisfied customer. I will be using JMC Electrical again for future electrician services and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician in the Bay Area.

Installed a 220V outlet for an EV. Very competent and absolutely reliable. Showed up when he said he would, did great work. Knows his stuff and was able to make smart recommendations for best way to do the installation. Not the cheapest but not expensive and the work was impeccable.

Brian and Eric are very good. They know what they're doing, and are easy to get along with. Our project finished 3 days late but, for an initial estimate of 4 weeks, that's quite impressive. One heads-up is their preference to work later in the day, contrary to my previous stereotype of the early-to-rise contractor. Brian manages projects well: he uses contracts and online billing, and is very reasonable when resolving issues or changes to the plan. Overall, I'm happy to recommend them.
