I needed four switched outlets changed to permanent and switched overhead light fittings with dimmers added as well as an outdoor light. I selected Emelco as they were reasonably priced and I had found them straightforward to deal with on a previous job they did for me. We ironed out the details of the quote before they arrived. They arrived on time and took care to minimize dirt and disruption in my house whilst doing a professional job. Iraj consulted me where there were placement or aesthetic choices to ensure I was satisfied. I was happy with the work they did and would readily recommend them.

I would highly recommend safety first electric inc!!! Called to get an estimate and the owner Ronnie was out on site the very next day. Him and his guys got the work down on upgrading my outdoor electrical panel and in addition removed old florescent light fixtures and ceiling fans and installed can lighting throughout the house. Very professional and presentable and left the job spotless. If you're ever in need of electrical work i wouldn't look past this company as I've dealt with others in the past and safety first electric made the process very easy and left me with a bit of knowledge to boot . 5 stars because they wont let you rate higher ?

I recently had an electrical panel upgrade done by Electrical Land Repair and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were able to complete the job in a timely and professional manner, and made sure to thoroughly clean up after themselves once the work was finished. The team was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of electrical work.

Brian and Eric are very good. They know what they're doing, and are easy to get along with. Our project finished 3 days late but, for an initial estimate of 4 weeks, that's quite impressive. One heads-up is their preference to work later in the day, contrary to my previous stereotype of the early-to-rise contractor. Brian manages projects well: he uses contracts and online billing, and is very reasonable when resolving issues or changes to the plan. Overall, I'm happy to recommend them.

Mr. Electric of Palo Alto was very responsive to my queries. We discussed multiple aspects, like PGE panel and service upgrade, backup generator install and all the possible options were very clearly explained. I would definitely use them in future for electricals.

I shopped around for a good deal on getting an outlet installed for our EV. He got back to me quickly and gave me an excellent deal. He was able to come by the next day and installed it in 30 minutes. I’d recommend him to anyone. Very professional and friendly.

I had ARC install a standby generator on my property. After installing it, my power went out about a week later. The generator ran for about 10-15 minutes before failing. I called Victor (the owner), and about 1 week later he got back to me. I explained what happened and he told me he had to charge me to come look at it. After spending over 10K on the generator and installation, this seemed outrageous since he's the one who installed it. I then felt I was being taken advantage of so I went to his website and it states, We offer lifetime warranties on all completed jobs. At ARC Lighting & Electric we understand how difficult having electrical problems can be that we guarantee to get it right the first time, literally. If we have to come back a 2nd time for a job that was completed, that service is free of charge!. This couldn't be further from the truth. I believe he charges $125-$150 for each service call even if they do the install. Almost a month later, he came back to the property. After not being able to diagnose it, he told me he had to call Generac (the manufacture of the generator), and figure the problem out. He sent the invoice for the service call but had no solution. He then stated I would have to pay for him to come back out.
After our last conversation, I decided I didn't want to deal with him or his company as they don't stand behind their work. I called Generac directly only to find out he is not an authorized dealer which is why he was charging for every service call. Generac then sent an authorized installer/service company and solved the problem free of charge. I take blame for not researching the company more in depth and realizing he wasn't an authorized dealer which in my case, it mattered. In case it's not clear, I do not recommend this company and if this is the way he/they treat their customers, I wonder how they're still in business.

I have had a great experience with these guys - I have used them twice. They have done general servicing on my HVAC and identified a gas leak and immediately fixed it.
