The tech was a prompt, swift and very knowledgeable as wekk regarding our AC issues. he just have ran a few tests and and recommend a couple of different fixes. He was a spot on. He did not try to sell us a replacement but worked around our problems. He made great recommendations and we a re now looking to be more efficient with addittional duct work. Thanks a bunch!!!

They came out on a weekend (many others were closed) and deployed within 24 hours, showed up on time, was amicable, and wore booties while walking through the house. Staff was on point, knowledgeable and fixed the problem within an hour (capacitor and fluid).
