I can't say enough good things about this company! We needed new lighting in our room, (since the living area was so dark) and the kitchen fixtures were not attractive. Omri and his crew were out and gave us the lighting we needed. designed the ceiling fixture placement, and we could not be happier. Dimmer switches fixed the bedroom lighting problem, so we did not have to get a new one, and the kitchen lights are set to the areas we needed. They estimated 2 days, but Omri and co. finished in 1. Excellent in set up, execution and cleanup of the job. Highly recommend.

Lenny installed the NEMA 14-50 EV charger outlet at my garage. He is very efficient and knowledgeable and I am so glad I decided to hire him for the job. His price is very competitive and reasonable. Had issues with random flickering lights in the whole house, which the electrician believed to be due to corrosion in the guts of the panel (30 mins). He recommended that I purchase a new panel to replace the guts, which I was lucky to find the part at the last minute and it was installed perfectly. Now no more flickering lights.

Avant was one of the best electrical contractors I've ever dealt with. Brian installed a fixed generator to automatically provide power to our house during power outages. He was extremely responsive and was really great communicating during the entire multi-week project. Very professional, thorough, and diligent. I'd use Avant Electric again for any new projects.

My company has had Sanchez do everything from small projects to major commercial upgrades since 2012. They respond quickly, are great and easy to work with, and do an amazing job. We've convinced all our neighboring companies to use them as well. We haven't had a contractor yet beat the service, price, and quality from Sanchez.

Worked for this electrical contractor on their VMWare project...average at best. I have certainly worked for better, more organized contractors...other than efficient management, they also seemed to be having growing pains in that they did not have adequate amounts of functioning tools for their employees to use, cutting into production, requiring crews to share tools which other, better, contractors have plenty of. Would work for them again though if the opportunity presented itself.

Work included wire tracing and re-termination in the attic, outlet re-wiring, multiple high-end ceiling fan installations, and multiple ceiling fan remote control pairings. The technician James, was polite, clean, and professional. He worked diligently and cheerfully. He was knowledgeable & prepared with all the tools required for the job. JMK is an outstanding member of the South Bay business community, and a pleasure to work with from the front office on down.
