The electricians arrived promptly and introduced themselves. They then proceeded to inspect the faulty outlets and found the issue. Rick explained what his proposed solution is and the Apprentice and he started their work. They finished fairly quickly and cleaned up. Thankful for their knowledge and we’re happy to be able
To use out outlets again. Thank you!

Brayan was professional and friendly. He was on time and did an excellent job in installing an outlet for our electric fireplace. He was very knowledgeable and showed us the best place to install the outlet. It would be a joy to have him work for us again.

I've used Arsen Electric twice now. The first was for an outlet installation for an electric car, and the second to replace an outdoor outlet. Both times I was totally impressed. Dimitry and his team responded quickly, and completed the work professionally. I can recommend Arsen without hesitation.

I very rarely write negative reviews, but they beyond-warranted this one because:
- way over-priced ($3,675 to switch outlets and confirm they were grounded)
- $195 invoice to fix mistakes and not send a quote
- horrible workmanship
- creepy vibes
- you’re legitimately better off working with your neighbors who look like they have a decent set of tools in their garage
Jeff first over-quoted my recently widowed mother for replacing outlets in her home and confirming they were grounded. She agreed to it though, so it is what it is.
His workmanship was awful. Over half of the outlets were crooked. Who knows if he properly attached anything. My 19 year old college roommate with no construction/ electrical experience legitimately did a better job.
After calling him back out to fix some of the mistakes, he agreed to come out and correct his work for free. Despite the shoddy workmanship, I wanted a quote for a garage spotlight that had a broken sensor.
He showed up late after rescheduling the appointment twice. When he got here, he creepily ogled me in my knee-length flowy dress (this was a few months ago when it was in the 90s). Super creepy vibe. Legitimately ask your daughters to wear long pants/ crew necks.
He fixed about half of his mistakes and said he had to look up things for the quote. He never got back to either of us with a quote. Considering our experiences with him so far, we figured we’d be better off hiring someone else.
Like six weeks later, he charged my mom an invoice for $195. TO FIX HIS MISTAKES AND PROVIDE AND NOT PROVIDE A QUOTE.
For the workmanship and price, I would legitimately be better off looking up videos on YouTube and trying to do it myself. I will never use this company again and recommend you work with legitimately anyone else. Even neighbors that you don’t really know. That’s what we did, and so far, it’s better.

I needed to have a couple ceiling fans installed and tried calling an electrical company my park had used last year. Left a couple messages with no response. Began researching companies online and Mr. Electronic of Palo Alto had excellent reviews on Google, Yelp and Thumbtack. Gave them a call and actually got through to someone live. The quote I received seemed to be in line with reviews I had seen for the same service so decided to book with them. Was able to get an appointment a few days later. In between my appointment I called to inquire about electricity being turned off for the procedure. The dispatcher passed along my inquiry to the electrician, Jose, who called me back within 10 minutes. Jose and Juan showed up on time to install my fans and were very professional, respectful of my property, friendly and knew their work very well. They were able to complete the job within a few hours. I typically don't write reviews but the reviews very much helped me decide on Mr. Electric of Palo Alto and I have to agree with all the excellent reviews. Had such an amazing experience with all involved, the dispatcher, Jose and Juan and the person I initially spoke with when I first called (sorry, can't remember that name), I had to write a review for them. Thank you so very much!

Armando and his team are good guys and did great work!!! Due to storm damage, we had to replace the waterline from our well to the whole home water tank. Armando was quick to come out and assess the situation. The next day, his team installed about 200 feet of weatherproof cables to get power down to the well again. I'd use Alternative Power & Electric anytime!

They did an excellent job installing our new AC unit. Professional attitude, quick to respond and they worked with our roofers to ensure the system has a great seal and was done right.

This is our 3rd time using LHP Electrical and they were as professional and reasonable as the last 2 times. Masks on, shoe covers, in and out in ~20 minutes.
We had a power outage in the kitchen that resetting GFCIs and breakers did not fix. LHP came the next morning and resolved it, along with giving us a quote (upon request) for upgrading the kitchen circuitry.
Remains my go to electrician.
