Michael is an excellent electrician. We contacted him for track lighting installation and ended up using him for that and a number of minor repairs we needed. He upgraded our electricity panel and now the breakers aren't switching off all the time. Michael is very responsive and always explains clearly exactly what he is doing and why. He change an outdoor electric outlet in the pouring rain without complaint. He is very friendly and easy to work with.

He did the work but had issues passing with the City. He had to bring workers again to correct it. Price initially provided was different from final invoice recommend to assure prices if you work with this contractor.

I hired Sergio based on a on NextDoor recommendation. He is a state licensed electrician who has previously done work for contractors. He came out the same day to give an estimate and was able to do the work the next day. His rates are reasonable and he uses high quality materials. I was very happy with the work that was done. Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

I received wonderful service from Metro. They were fast, reliable, punctual, thorough, reasonably priced, and did a phenomenal job at rewiring my IT closet. They went above and beyond in several ways and I am grateful for the level of service and value we received.

Very professional & high quality install but extremely pricey. I paid $850 to turn a single 220v outlet into two 110v outlets. The work was quoted to take 3 hours, took about 40 minutes. The electrician was extremely knowledgeable. I asked over the phone for an estimate and I was told a story about how replacing an outlet cost about $150 2 years ago, which gave me confidence in a reasonable price. Wish I could have gotten a few more bids on the project.
