I highly, and without reservation, recommend Andrade Link Electric Corp for any electrical needs you may have. Work was done on time, within budget and up to code. The team showed up when they said they would, conferred with me every step of the way and expertly guided me through the entire process of upgrading and moving my panel, installing recessed lighting throughout the house, putting overhead lighting in the garage, upgrading and adding light switches and outlets throughout, adding sconces on both sides of the garage, upgrading my outdoor security lighting and patching all necessary holes to paint ready condition. Professional, proficient, personable and trustworthy, these guys take great pride in their work and craftsmanship and it shows in the high quality end results.

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Sergio & his team do phenomenal work and have been regular electrical contractors for both our HOA and for my extended family. He was able to scope and deliver a very complex EV charger project involving splicing new subpanel for all units in our building and then wiring each parking spot to be EV ready. His team completed all of the work extremely efficiently, pulled permits and coordinated inspections, and delivered the full project on a quick timeline and within budget. He also helped to repair our aging heating elements and wired our new appliance system. I would highly recommend Sergio and his team for any electrician project - they are the best!

Alex came over and quickly installed a light fixture for me. It took him around 15mins total. He was very personable and transparent about his price. I would definitely hire Alex again.

Excellent work in my home, dealt with our useless old wiring and got everything working perfectly (with some lovely modern upgrades). Always on time, always had the rights tools and parts with them (unlike others!), great people, easy to discuss things with, and excellently priced for what you get.

I am extremely picky about details - these guys did a phenomenal job, nice and tidy, and definitely one of the most thorough and professional installations I've seen. I've used a few electrical contractors in the past - Fergal and the Urban Energy team will always get the call in the future.

Electrical Land expertly repaired my panel switch that doesn't reset today. Their electrician came here on time and did such great work. He executed it completely to the highest standard at a very affordable rate. He did his best and exerted more effort. I highly recommend Electrical Land to all my friends and relatives who need the same service.

If I could do less than a 1 star I would. Overpriced and very slow ! He actually sent out our lamps to be fixed by another electrician, then installed them. One didn't work and he had to do it over and charged us over $600 for 2 sconces that could have been bought for less than $100 for both. Beware! Takes advantage of commercial accounts for sure! The only thing he was really fast with was billing. He demanded over $600 and did not reduce the bill at all, even when I told him this was not a fair and honest job. I would never put my trust in a company that doesn't do the work themselves or gave results as this, if I had known.

Lights Out totally upgraded my condo! They installed new recessed cans in my bedroom, upgraded my kitchen lights to LED, installed new pendant lights over my countertop, installed a fan in my living room, and put in upgraded outlet covers. It all looks great and takes my condo from looking cookie cutter to having it's own personality. They made great suggestions on how to set up my lighting for the best look and feel of the condo, were very clean and friendly, and the price was reasonable for all the work I had done. Highly recommended!
